Interpersonal Skills Development

Developing the “whole child” encompasses helping children learn how to understand people and how to interact and solve problems in a positive way. We teach and demonstrate on an ongoing basis, the concepts of Transactional Analysis, expressing feelings, making good choices, and being responsible. The development of excellent personal relationship skills and responsible behavior are of great importance and greatly enhance a child’s ability to function in any other environment at a high level. Understanding other human beings and being able to interact on a sophisticated level gives students a great advantage.
